Summer Office Socializing
Last month's first web poll was neck in neck and garnered the most votes so far (we started offering polls in July 2006). Of 39 respondents, 36 percent said their company has no summer event in place. The next highest group, 33 percent, said their workplace at least offers a company picnic. Roughly 15 percent each said their organization has a family-oriented or other type of summer event.

Trust in the Boss
Twenty-six respondents answered our poll gauging their level of respect for their boss. The majority (nearly 54 percent) said their sometimes trust their boss, while 34 percent answered that they always trust their boss. Only about 12 percent said they never trust their boss.
