Cost of Living Increases
The results of our second poll were more straightforward. A third of respondents reported that their organization always provides workers with an annual cost of living increase. Tewnty-seven percent said their firms "usually" provide this increase on wages, and an even 20 percent said their companies "sometimes" do, as well as "no way."
