Other comments... The plenary speaker kept the entire audience interested. I could have listened to the keynote speaker for hours. Thanks for getting us a speaker of this quality. Good to hear some specific ideas and processes so one could realistically try them or hear how they work. The session reinforced the idea of no magic bullet [to attract and retain the best talent] but that strategies may be contextual. Wonderful conference – learned so much! |
