Employee Opinion Surveys
Winning Workplaces can customize and administer confidential, web-based surveys. We recommend effective communication strategies that will ensure high response rates. In addition to the statistical reports, our staff will prepare a comprehensive Executive Summary synthesizing all survey data and highlighting key themes and employee recommendations for building a strong, cohesive workplace.

Employee Focus Groups
Winning Workplaces also conducts assessments through the use of employee focus groups. Focus groups can be more useful than a survey when the topic is complex. Focus groups typically last about two hours and are most effective when the size is no less than five and no more than 10 employees.
